All prices include Vat at the appropriate rate AvailabilityEvery endeavour will be made to complete your orders within 30 working days after payment has been made in fall .If for any reason the items you require are delayed for more than the 30 working days or is no longer available we are happy to offer a fall refund if this is required. PaymentPayment must be made by credit or charge card bank transverse or can be made by cheque – please note all payments have to be cleared in fall be for dispatch payment by cheque please add approx 10 days to clear funds. We reserve the right at any time to revise our delivery charges without notice. We will endeavour to fulfil your order by the date we set out in our email by witch we confirm your order. Where this email did note contain such a date we shall endeavour to fulfil your order to the time scales advertised on the individual products on your order. All orders must make allowances of 30 working days from date of dispatch for all our carriers to fulfil the final delivery to your home. Orders of less than 30kg may be dispatch by post or courier For all orders-any changes to your orders will have an impact on your delivery date we may therefore Be unable to deliver your goods on your confirmed date should changes occur and if so a new delivery date will be given. The return chargewill be applicable immediately after the items have left our warehouse,i.e. If the order is cancelled after we have dispatched the item but before the final destination, the return charge Levied by our carriers will still be applicable. If our carriers accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery our liability for the damage is is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods or the value thereof. Returns, refunds and your right to cancelYou have the statutory right to return any products you have purchased within seven [7] working days of Delivery for for any reason. Non mainland and and Band B codes incure higher fees. Any made-to-order items do not carry the same Returns policy due. Please read below for extra details of returns of made to order items. After this 7 day period has expired we will be unable to accept returns of any items purchased unless faulty. Subject to your statutory rights, products made or altered specifically for you may not be returned nor will We provide a refund, unless they are defective or have been accidentally damaged by us in the course of delivery. Delivery dates and timesOnce a date and time has been arranged with yourselves you must ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to accept and sign for the goods should our couriers be unable to complete the delivery due to an absence of someone to sighn for the goods then a second delivery will be arranged, but you will be liable for the second delivery charge. On receipt of your order you must check to ensure that your goods are not damaged and sign to declare that goods are in an acceptable condition. At very least you must check the outer packaging for signs of damage during transit. If damage is found or if the goods are in an unacceptable condition inform the driver and sign the paper work stating the nature of any defects found. Any items found to be damaged by us will be replaced by us at no further cost to you provided you declare this at time of delivery. Any Claim for damage found on unpackagingan item must be submitted to us in writing or email whin 7 days. Where possible photographs showing the damage should also be forwarded to us. Please note that our standard deliveries are carried out by one man . If you have limited access, narrow passageways etc or require delivery to anywhere other than the front of the property, we ask that there is someone there to help the driver. If you are unable to provide assistance, please let us now in advance and we can provide a 2 man team for an extra additional cost of £68. Our deliveries are to the front door only and do not include any assembly of furniture or placement of furniture within the properties delivered to. We will note be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties. Oak Furniture Direct will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by third party carries within your property. Furniture CareAlways lift the furniture clear above the floor when moving, as dragging will cause damage to the feet or plinth. To avoid waroping and splitting, ensure the furniture is not placed close to heat sources.
