You have the statutory right to return any products you have purchased within seven [7] working days of Delivery for for any reason. To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium [including email] within those seven [7] working days days. You will then be entitled to a full refund from us which will be paid within 30 working days of your notice of cancellation. Please keep the products purchased in good saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided and delivered to you. Although your initial delivery may have been free [subsidised within the purchase price] we reserve the right to ask the customer to pay all relevant costsof return of items. The general rule is that the cost of returning items after they have been despatched will be £52.00 per item for Band A and £120 maximum for multiple items. Non mainland and and Band B codes incure higher fees. Any made-to-order items do not carry the same Returns policy due.

After this 7 day period has expired we will be unable to accept returns of any items purchased unless faulty. Subject to your statutory rights, products made or altered specifically for you may not be returned nor will We provide a refund, unless they are defective or have been accidentally damaged by us in the course of delivery.
